So we have decided that we will accept donated deer during the 2026 season. We will only be open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We will be closed November 26 & 27 for thanksgiving, December 24 & 25 for Christmas, and January 1st. If you get a deer outside of our hours, and want to donate it, please be prepared to pack it in ice or have another way to cool it down as quickly as possible until our next available hours. Joe

I would to thank all the hunters that had confidence in Greenvalley over the past 20+ years to process their deer. We have decided to not continue accepting deer this fall. The past deer seasons have been rewarding and challenging, but due to the age of and the lack of help, it has become more and more difficult. We are sorry for the inconvenience to the hunters and wish you all well. We will however, continue to be open for livestock. Joe

Just as a reminder, today starts our December hours. 8-6 Monday through Friday and 10-12 only on Saturday and Sunday. We will be closed December 24-26 and January1 and 2. I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas season! Joe

Starting Monday December 1st. We will be closing at 6 pm Monday through Friday and only open from 10-12 on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Joe

I would like to thank everyone for their patience. We will resume processing deer fir customers, including summer sausage and snack sticks, this coming Saturday the 29th.

I am sorry for all the notices and inconveniences, but one more. We will only be accepting deer donated to Hunters for the Hungry until further notice. This will probably resume until after the thanksgiving weekend. If you can freeze your meat until then, we will be able to work it up for you.

Well if it wasn’t for bad luck! Our grinder has been down now the second day. We need to close for deer drop off this coming Saturday and Sunday. We should be able to resume on Monday.
