Just as a reminder, today starts our December hours. 8-6 Monday through Friday and 10-12 only on Saturday and Sunday. We will be closed December 24-26 and January1 and 2. I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas season! Joe

Starting Monday December 1st. We will be closing at 6 pm Monday through Friday and only open from 10-12 on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Joe

I would like to thank everyone for their patience. We will resume processing deer fir customers, including summer sausage and snack sticks, this coming Saturday the 29th.

I am sorry for all the notices and inconveniences, but one more. We will only be accepting deer donated to Hunters for the Hungry until further notice. This will probably resume until after the thanksgiving weekend. If you can freeze your meat until then, we will be able to work it up for you.

Well if it wasn’t for bad luck! Our grinder has been down now the second day. We need to close for deer drop off this coming Saturday and Sunday. We should be able to resume on Monday.

Sorry to say, do to an employee injury, we will not be making summer sausage or snack sticks for the remainder of the deer season. Joe
