Blanket Dumplings
These viral Blanket Dumplings are the easiest dumplings you’ll ever make. No folding, no fancy techniques, and no spending an hour sealing wrappers one by one. Just mix the filling, scoop it into a hot skillet, cover each mound with a wonton wrapper, add a splash of water, and let the steam do the work. The result? Juicy, flavorful dumplings with barely any effort.

5. Pour the water into the skillet and immediately cover with a lid.
6. Steam for 8–10 minutes, or until the filling is cooked through and the wrappers are tender.
