Straight off the field... we are excited to announce our new seasonal brat flavor…
🌱🧀 Asparagus Cheddar Brats, and Asparagus Jalapeño Cheddar, featuring our very own Machovsky Farms asparagus!
These won’t last long, so stop in and give them a try!
Brat options don't end there, we also have Original, Cheddar, Jalapeño, Cheddar Jalapeño, Garlic Chili Cheddar, Sweet Italian and Spicy Italian.

Thursday & Friday: Noon–6PM
Saturday: 9am-2PM
🐖 Did you know we offer pigs by the whole or half?
🐄 We also have cows available by the whole, half, or quarter!

We’re excited to officially open our doors to the public for custom retail! We’ll be offering locally sourced beef and pork — straight from pasture to table. 🐮🐖

Starting May 20th, our hours will be:

📍 Wednesdays & Thursdays
🕛 Noon – 6:00 PM
