🚀🧀 Holy smokes… I just launched my first food product, .noocha Noocha Superfoods, on AMAZON!
If you want to try it, I’ll drop the Amazon link in the comments!
And honestly… it feels a little surreal.
A little more than year ago, I started working on this idea of creating a clean, ORGANIC, NON-FORTIFIED NUTRITIONAL YEAST that people could feel good about adding to their food every day.
If you don’t know what it is, I promise it tastes better than it sounds 😂 it’s a deactivated yeast that has a cheesy taste…without the dairy.
If you’ve ever bought nutritional yeast before, you may know that most leading brands are fortified with synthetic vitamins (which may not agree with some people bc of certain common MTFHR gene mutation)
That’s become the industry standard.
But I wanted to bring a nutritional yeast (also known as “nooch” without all the synthetic vitamins added to it.
So I made Noocha intentionally different.
✔️ Organic
✔️ Intentionally non-fortified (no synthetic vitamins added)
✔️ Simple, clean ingredient
✔️ A better way to get that cheesy flavor without dairy
➡️➡️You can sprinkle it on popcorn, pasta, roasted vegetables, avocado toast, or blend it into creamy dairy-free sauces (my fav).
It’s been a long road of ingredient sourcing, packaging design, learning Amazon logistics, and figuring things out as I go. 🤪
But it’s officially LIVE!
If you’re curious to try it, I’d genuinely LOVE your support. And if you do order it, leaving a quick Amazon review makes a HUGE difference for a small brand like mine.
You can find it by searching “Noocha Nutritional Yeast” on Amazon.
Thank you so much to everyone who has encouraged me along the way and for the female founders out there killing it and being such an inspiration. Building something from scratch is both exciting and literally terrifying but moments like this make it worth it.
More to come in 2026...
If you’re curious to try it, I’ll drop the Amazon link in the comments. and please tag any health conscious/ plant-based/dairy-free friends in the comments :)
xo,
Bailey
