Alleghany Meats is a small, USDA-inspected meat processor serving the Alleghany Mountain region of Virginia and West Virginia. We specialize in quality meat cutting and slaughter using humane handling techniques. We work with our farmers to make sure they are getting exactly what they want and how their customers want it. We also work with our farmers to teach them about new cuts and value added p

roducts, marketing their products, finding new customers, and maximizing the yield and quality of each animal.
