What are the odds of this happening? 🙂 Today I really wanted coffee cake to go with my morning coffee. I had just bought some New Orleans blend single-serve coffee, and the coffee cake just sounded delicious! I looked up recipes and then started to see if I had the ingredients it called for. When I pulled out the flour, guess what was on the back??? You guessed it! A recipe for Sour Cream Coffee Cake. I scrapped the online recipe and decided to give this one a try. I added both pecans and walnuts to the recipe. This recipe was delicious and hit the spot! If you want a delicious coffee cake to go with your morning coffee, you’ll have to try this recipe!
