Return policy: Due to the nature of goods, all food item sales are final. If there is an issue upon receipt of an order please call the store at 334-260-3700 within 24 hours of receipt. In case of return: Returns accepted only if items are unopened. Returns must be securely re-packaged to ensure protection of item in transit. The Vintage Olive is not responsible for undeliverable orders. In the event of an undelivered, returned package to The Vintage Olive, we will work to arrange a new shipment. One of our favorites yet... ✨Caesar Dressing✨ This is SO GOOD! Seriously delicious, PACKED with flavor and no anchovies or egg yolks to bother with. 🎉The Vintage Olive’s
“That’s Amazing!” Caesar Dressing:

⅓ cup Garlic Olive Oil from The Vintage Olive
¼ cup tahini (the somewhat secret ingredient🤓)
2 Tbsp finely grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp Sicilian Lemon Balsamic from The Vintage Olive
2 Tbsp water (to thin consistency)
1 (heaping) Tbsp capers, finely diced
2 tsp caper brine (liquid in the jar of capers)
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp whole grain mustard
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
⅛ tsp salt (adjust to taste)

✅ Add all ingredients (EXCEPT for the olive oil) to a bowl and gently whisk together. Once blended, whisk continuously while slowly drizzling in the olive oil until dressing is well blended/emulsified. Taste and add salt/pepper if desired.

Store in airtight container in refrigerator. Add a splash of water to thin consistency if needed. Yields appx 1 cup.

❗️Some olive oils have an inflated biophenol score (or none at all) which can misrepresent the healthy qualities you think you’re getting.

💡Biophenols are natural compounds, like oleocanthal, that are present in extra-virgin olive oil. They can exhibit significantly beneficial biological effects in many diseases (anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidative, neuro-protective, cardio-protective and more!)

✅ Our olive oil is tested using the only officially recognized method of HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) Some oils are tested using undisclosed methods, likely NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) which can double (even triple) the amount of biophenols reported.

✅ This underscores the importance of using the correct scientific measurements and knowing how the olive oil you’re buying is tested. Testing method matters!
