I haven't canned much this year just beans, cowboy candy and apple butter. Wanted to use my last batch of peppers. I chopped my jalapenos, banana peppers and onions up, added cowboy candy syrup, bread and butter syrup and wow. I dont know how to explain this or who could eat it..ill just call it fire relish, mercy its šŸ”„ hot. If anyone is brave enuff or wants some holler. Its purty
