Pitchfork Pickle in Burlington, Vermont, makes fermented krauts, kimchi, hot sauces and vinegar-brined pickles using as much locally sourced produce as possible. They will be here on May 29 from 4-6 pm, sampling out their ferments.

You’re invited to our annual Dinner and Discussion on May 21 from 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm at Chapel at the Greenway Institute Campus.

Join us for a discussion of bylaw changes at 4:30, followed by dinner and a presentation from Kassia Randzio of the Vermont River Conservancy for a discussion of Montpelier’s watershed. She’ll help us think about the opportunities and responsibilities of living well along our rivers, and about what the Co-op might consider as we plan for our future. A Q&A will be held after the presentation. Register by Monday, May 18.
