To start the new year off good, we now have FDA approved labels to be able to sell our duck eggs to businesses like restaurants and bakeries. The eggs at our stand will also have the new labels, we finally have power and will be able to keep the stand refrigerated without having to use ice packs! Unwashed eggs are still available upon request (for increased shelf life) but the displayed eggs will be washed to uphold regulations.
