I’m beyond ecstatic to be a part of the Illuminate Your Life Group family.
🍃Starting in June, I will be hosting Guided Forest Bathing sessions, weather permitting, and also setting up evenings for Couples, days/evenings for kids and parents. The sessions are always for any age group. If rain occurs, I will do my best to make sure there’s pavilion nearby.

🍃Forest bathing is an intentional, slow walk, and meditation immersing yourself in nature utilizing all of your senses. 🍃To calm your nervous system, reduce stress, help anxiety, reduce blood pressure, clear the mind, reduce inflammation, digital detox, and get well with nature’s benefits. 🍃So many more benefits along with the history/science behind Shinrin-yoku and Gaia Theory will be explained during the session. 🍃The attendees will learn about themselves on a deeper level, gratitude, affirmations, also community sharing with living nature art, and the art of letting go. 🍃Benefits of silence and stillness🍃Breath-work and stretching 🍃Mindful meditation will be guided along the way with concluding with complementary native plant refreshment and reflection. 🍃
