With May behind us and the summer solstice drawing near, we're officially into the most exciting time for farmers markets and local foods.

McCay Blueberry Farm will be with us for 2 more Saturdays with their 3-year-old Certified Organic blueberry plants. Bring some plants home and enjoy those little blue wonders in your own backyard. Look for them again under the blue silo. In related news, Whalen Farms' first day is NEXT week!

McCay Blueberry Farm has recently joined the market with their beautiful blueberry bushes… the perfect pollinator-friendly plant to your garden!

We’ll have just 2 more weeks of their Certified Organic blueberry bushes, before Whalen Farms steps in to carry us through! 🫐

While we love your support each Saturday morning, we kindly ask everyone visiting the farmers market to be mindful and respectful when parking.

Since Opening Day, we have received concerns regarding vehicles blocking access areas, parking on private property, and causing damage to surrounding spaces. We have a main parking lot that is paved, and an overflow parking lot that is grass. These are the 2 lots that we are asking you to park in. Please remember, we are a preserved farm and cannot expand into other areas with our parking.

One of our cherished neighbors during market hours are the folks working in the Community Gardens. Our gardeners need to have access to their plots every day of the week, and they need to feel safe while gardening. Please do not enter the community garden area looking for parking spots on Saturday mornings.

We value being a good neighbor and want to ensure a positive experience for everyone in our community. Please park only in designated areas, follow posted signs, and treat nearby properties with the same respect you would want for your own.

The end of May wraps up spring and kicks off the warmer days ahead, building excitement for the harvests yet to come. However, there is still time to enjoy the early season asparagus and sweet strawberries while we still have them.

We are loving these slow market mornings, as we grab locally roasted coffee or tea, enjoy live music, reconnect with the community, and take in all that the market has to offer.
