I've kinda gone MIA the last month or so. It's been rough around here.

My Son went off to college.
I had a close friend pass away.
My other friend has managed to break both of her feet.
My dad is in and out of the hospital (he's currently in the hospital, and will be undergoing surgery 3 & 4 in the next 24 hours)

And I can't remember what else has been going on.
I'm trying to keep the homestead running, take care of my own mental health and feed my feral kitties.

My farm stand has been closed. I a ton of stuff I need to be putting out, but I haven't had time and am trying to adjust to my new life and roles.

Sad day on the homestead. My favorite retirement bird, Hera, has passed away. She's been with me the whole time I've been at my current residence. She was about 5.5 years old. Not completely certain what happened, but she was found,. deceased this morning. She was the absolute sweetest chicken and will be missed.
