Animals are finished on high quality grass alone, and the butchers say they would grade as high Select. There are many health and environmental benefits to grass fed meat. Cattle were meant to graze, not eat grain. The flavor of the meat is better than anything commercially available, try some and you won't want to eat typical market beef again!
