We’ve got an exciting weekend ahead of us! Join us this Saturday for BBQ Day at the market! We will have a variety of barbecue skewers to choose from. All of the food will come from our vendors. All smiles at WWFM! Our market yesterday was spectacular! Safe to say lots of love is here. Thank you to everyone who came to show their appreciation to Merlin! He has been a true leader and friend, and the market wouldn’t be the same without him! If you weren’t able to join us this past weekend, you can come to the next market! Rumor has it Merlin will be hiding in the trees wearing all green— maybe you’ll find him🌳

1. Farewell Merlin/ Welcome Kelli Party! Get there early to secure a slice of cake!! 🎂🎉

2. At 9:30 the Outdoor Fitness Group is coming for a calm recovery class 💪🏼
3. The Peace Corp is having an info tent set up! So come by and talk to them and learn more about what they bring— fun fact: lots of people involved in the market served in Peace Corps! ☮️

Big things are happening at WWFM! As many of you may know, Merlin’s time as market manager is coming to a close. We are having a farewell/welcome party(a farewellcome if you will) to show our appreciation to Merlin. He has been an amazing market manager for the last few years, and now he is onto the next stage of life! Additionally, we will be welcoming our new marketing manager, Kelli. Come see us at the market this Saturday. Chat it up with both Merlin and Kelli, and enjoy some cake(I suggest you get there early before it runs out!)

If you haven’t had the chance to get your hands on some of these from Zephyr Family Farm , now’s the time! Come get some on Saturday!
The fruit makes a refreshing cool drink, perfect for the hot days we’ve been having. Additionally— you can eat both the fruit and the leaves— and they sell both. How awesome?!

Earlier last week 21 Monarch Caterpillars were counted— as of yesterday(Labor Day) all but 6 have moved onto the next stage— and aren’t they stunning! Special thanks to Donna for the updates and sending these pictures from the garden!!
