Senior Farmer's Market Vouchers Distribution Schedule

Distribution of vouchers will be strictly IN-PERSON. In order to receive vouchers, a resident must be 60 years old in the year 2026, meet income eligibility guidelines and live in Lackawanna County.

If an eligible senior cannot attend a distribution event, a PROXY can act in their place with a completed proxy form (shorturl.at/eYNFV). If you need a form mailed to you, please call the Lackawanna County Area Agency on Aging at 570-963-6740 ext. 1444.

We’re looking for local farmers, bakers, makers, growers, artists, specialty food vendors, handmade goods, and more to join us for a fun community market experience! 🌻✨

✨ The Blue Shutters in Elmhurst is seeking vendors for our 1st Annual Holiday Market! ✨

We’re curating an indoor holiday market inside the historic Blue Shutters venue and we’re looking for established creators, artisans, and small businesses to join us!

Each vendor space includes:
🎄 Full-day (7 hour) indoor setup in a heated venue
⚡ Access to electricity
❄️ Hot and cold storage options (for approved food vendors)
📣 Marketing exposure through our paid ads and social media campaigns
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Access to hundreds of holiday shoppers through our promotions
🎅 Plus free Santa’s Workshop and Grinch attraction for families!

📅 Event Dates: December 13–14
📍 Location: The Blue Shutters, Elmhurst, PA
🛍️ Vendor Spaces: Range from $100 for our regular stalls and $200 for our premium 10x10 stall with window display located in "Santas Workshop" (only 2 available)
