We had the pleasure of supplying Snyder Family BBQ with the meat to cater the luncheon last week.

They fed over 550 people and it was so good, one of the attendees came in and ask for us to smoke some brisket and ribs for his retirement party. Whether we are supplying for a mobile smoke, at home or at the store, our customers come first.

2023 Grenache - A vibrant Columbia Valley Grenache with layers of raspberry, cherry, spice, and savory notes.

2022 Merlot - Sourced from Red Mountain’s renowned Scooteney Flats Vineyard, this rich and approachable Merlot earned a Gold Medal and 91 points at the 2025 Washington State Wine Awards.

New addition to the case!

We have the Prince of Steaks in the shop, our thin cut Porterhouse. It’s proudly standing tall next to the King of Steaks, the Porterhouse. Coming in at roughly half the size, it makes for a little more manageable protein option for a night in.

We also have added Bone In New Yorks as well for the month of June.
