📣 PORKY’S IS LOOKING FOR VERY PART-TIME HELP! 📣

We have a GREAT crew right now, and we’re looking for the right person to join us for a very part-time position.

This would be a good fit for someone looking to make a little extra money each week without committing to a full-time schedule.

🕑 THE SCHEDULE:
• Two closing shifts per week — 2:00 PM–7:30 PM
• We’ll do our best to keep those two nights the same each week for easy planning
• Alternating weekends

Saturday: 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Sunday: 10:30 AM–5:30 PM

💰 $9.50/hour — paid weekly

🔞 Must be 18 or older due to alcohol sales.

Now for the important part…

We’re a small store with a small crew, so RELIABILITY IS A MUST. There simply aren’t a lot of extra people available to cover a shift at the last minute, especially on weekends. If you’re scheduled, we need to know we can count on you to be here.

You also need to be comfortable working independently. There will be times when you are the only employee working. We aren't consistently busy enough to staff two people at all times, but when it gets busy…it can get BUSY. 😅 You need to be able to stay calm, prioritize, and keep things moving.

This job also requires:
✔️ Good time-management skills
✔️ Following and completing a closing checklist
✔️ Setting the next shift up for success
✔️ Being comfortable working alone
✔️ Handling busy periods under pressure
✔️ Changing pop syrup BIBs weighing approximately 50 lbs
✔️ Carrying ice buckets and reaching overhead to fill the pop machine
✔️ Being friendly and helpful with our customers
✔️ Being a dependable teammate

We have a crew that gets along incredibly well, and we want to add someone who fits right in with that.

Please don’t apply just because you might want a few extra hours. We’re looking for someone who has looked at the schedule above, knows it works for them, and is ready to commit to being dependable.
