The growing season and Sutter’s Ridge is closed for 2025. Thank you everyone for helping to bring in this years harvest. The apples have been picked from the trees, pumpkins have been harvested from the field and the baby chicks I posted about at the beginning of season are leaving tonight for their new families chicken coop. We hope everyone has a safe and healthy winter and we look forward to seeing you all again next autumn 2026

Hello Autumn, Sutter’s Ridge says good to finally see you! Come enjoy the Wisconsin countryside this Thursday-Sunday 10am-5pm with Wagon Ride to the Pumpkin Patch, U-Pick and pre-Picked Apples, Fresh Pressed Apple Cider and Homemade Cider Donuts. Had a number of requests last week for Matt’s Apple Slaw recipe we top the brats and hotdogs with on Saturdays & Sundays, so folks, yes it’s delicious and here it is, but truly what sets it over the top is the fresh off the trees apples.

What’s more amazing than watching a little seed grow into a mature plant with fruit for us to eat? See our incredible supporters, like Emily who shared this adorable pic of her child growing over the years, come year after year to buy our products, keeping us as a local farm business alive. THANK YOU EMILY! It’s folks like you who keep our local farming heritage alive for not just us, but the next generation to come.

Rockstar Red Raspberry Picking and the Apples Ripe to Pick are everyone’s favorites HoneyCrisp, Crimson Crisp, Blondee, Royal Courtland, RubyJon (Jonathon), Autumn Crisp, Gala & Freedom. I’ll be firing up the fryer Thursday morning for fresh cider donuts and Matt just finished making a tasty batch of cider for this week. We’re open Thursday-Sunday 10am-5pm
