This Saturday, be sure to check out the Chili Cook-Off at the Lititz Fire & Ice Festival! Rebecca at the Historic Smithton Inn is preparing her fantastic 3B's chili: Beef, Bison, and Boniface. She won the Chili Cook-Off at her local VFW with the recipe, and it is being presented by the Ephrata VFW at the festival.

She is using our beef as well as beer from Saint Boniface Brewery of Ephrata in her recipe! Be sure to purchase your admission ticket prior to arriving at the event, because there is a chance it will sell out. All proceeds will benefit local charities! See you there.
