Decided to do a pair of bacon wrapped pork loins. I seasoned them inside and out with 2 Gringos Chupacabra Pineapple Mango Habanero seasoning as well as on the sweet taters. Threw them on the Traeger. Slathered my two favorite BBQ sauces Bearded Hogs Bbq Ok Love Butter and 2 Jerks BBQ BBQ sauce and sliced them with my Kram custom knife. LIT was the hot sauce of choice for this one....cause if you aint tried it on sweet potatoes you are missing out.
Then we had strawberry shortcake. Of course I added Thermal.

I have been so damn busy lately. I just needed to take tonight and stop....and cook. Did wings. Bindered them with Dukes mayo and seasoned them with 2 Gringos Chupacabra Mango Chipotle. Whipped out the Weber, grabbed my burn bags and my Tennessee Cooking Wood Wild cherry and set to the task. Threw the wings on and then made a sauce of garlic, Jack Daniel's Honey Whiskey and Burnana and tossed that on too to cook down and get a bit of smoke. Seasoned the burgers with Randy’s Rubs 13 zero as well as seasoned the steak fries for my poutine fries with Spirit Sprinkles. When the wings were done, I sauced a few with Hillbilly Heat and the rest with my Burnana sauce mixture. Added some Pyro Pickle to the burger and Hemmorhage to the poutine fries. I needed this. This was next level good!

Did my first full pack brisket on an offset. A 22 lb prime. Trimmed it with my Kram custom knife which is probably the sharpest most versatile knife ive ever owned, and it made short work of it. Seasoned that bad boy with 2 Gringos Chupacabra Brisket Magic and Jolly Roger. 14 hrs I pumped post oak logs into that smoker until she reached temp then I rested it for 6 hrs. Absolutely phenomenal!

Did some BBQ chicken on the Traeger. Seasoned them mother cluckin leg quarters with 2 Gringos Chupacabra Pineapple Mango Habanero seasoning and then sauced them with 2 Jerks BBQ sauce. Served it with mashed taters. Man o man was this epic!
