It’s not much, but our fall crop is starting to produce. Supply will be limited and I will post when and what I put at the stand. We will have a couple of watermelons ready next week too!

Our tomato plants are so loaded with green tomatoes, I had to get some weight off to try and keep them up!

Next year, we are planning to grow 100% of our produce on our farm. Please pray about it for us, and that God gives me (mom) the patience, knowledge and guidance. It is hard work, lots of sweat, and many tears to keep a crop alive.

The one who plants and the one who waters have one purpose, and they will each be rewarded according to their own labor.

This is a first for us. I was just told by a customer that we had someone loading watermelons into their truck between 10-11 PM last night. There was no money left for what was taken. IF this was you, please let me know. I will be reviewing the surveillance footage this afternoon. You didn’t steal from me, you stole from a 5 year old who uses HIS money to purchase produce. Who at 5 years old works his garden. The 5 year old that sells produce to save money to buy himself a 4 wheeler and uses some of his proceeds to bless less fortunate children with gifts at Christmas. That’s who you stole from. This is a small town and in our 2 years, this has never happened. My phone number is posted at the stand, multiple ways to pay, etc. Given the time of the night and what was taken, this clearly appears to be a theft situation. I am giving you the opportunity to come forward now. Once I take the time to check the surveillance footage, I will know who you are, and I will file criminal charges, if you do not own up to it and make it right. Be prepared to apologize to a 5 year old too!

Fresh restock!

PEACHES ARE HERE! Y’all, we are trying to hard to keep our table stocked, but finding produce is getting tough. The lack of rain has burnt up most crops. C**t River is working his tail off to keep his garden watered, in hopes we can offer some of it to y’all. He harvested his very first watermelon and cantaloupe this week, and he’ll soon have a few for sale at the stand.
He is planting his fall crop this weekend (hopefully), so we hope to be able to continue thru fall.

He is taking canning tomato and cases of okra orders for next week Friday pick up! Get yours ordered while we can still get them!

Canners- $23 per 20+ pound box
Okra- $65 per case

Let me know if you want to order CANNING tomatoes this week. Some have asked about cases of okra, I can get it too! Peas are on a preorder, so let me know if you want peas. $45 per bushel!

C**t River is taking pre orders for CANNING TOMATOES 🍅. They will be 20+ pound boxes for $23. He will have them Friday so you can can over the weekend! Let us know how many boxes you want!

We want to apologize that the produce stand is looking so pitiful. It’s been a rough week for us, as Mom can’t be in the heat and has been in the bed for 5 days. She tells me I’ll be back to work soon and I’m really happy to be! We will go up this afternoon and sort thru what’s bad, mark down some melons and get some bargain bins together to make room for fresh produce coming tomorrow evening. The heat takes its toll on fresh produce and we’ve tried to make sure you were getting the best quality, we can, given the circumstances.

Did you know that if you get bad produce, we replace it? If you get a melon that’s not sweet, bring it back and swap it for a new one! So if you’ve not been satisfied with your produce, please tell us so that we can make it right. I want my customers to be happy with their purchase and cone back and shop with me!

Get ready for fresh fruits and veggies coming tomorrow evening! As soon as my momma feels better, she’s taking me to pick peaches myself, and maybe blackberries too! Corn is in the works too!
