We are pleased to welcome Leah Scates as our Co-op's new General Manager! After joining the Co-op as our Operations Director in March of 2025, Leah accepted the role as Interim GM when former GM Tony White retired. The Board of Trustees made the position official in early May, and we are so excited to have Leah’s leadership for many years to come. Prior to coming to our Co-op, Leah was the General Manager of Sno-Isle Food Co-op in Everett, where she started as a Produce Clerk. If you see Leah in the store, please say hi!

As the first gay- and Mexican-owned brewery in Washington, owners Dennis and Osbaldo built their brewery based on values that align closely with those we hold at the Co-op.
