All of the Rockcastle Farmers Market farmers get a farm visit to ensure each farmer is growing quality produce on their own farms. We take this extra step so market customers can shop worry free. At Parsons Farm we found Brenda and Donnie Parsons hard at work in their high tunnels. This multi generational farm has been worked by the family since the early 1800’s. The land is loved and you can taste it in the delicious vegetables they grow. Don’t forget to visit the Parsons tomorrow morning at the Rockcastle Farmers Market!!

We would love to see your children at the farmers market this Saturday! We will be having our first kids day!

➡️🐰 Bunny bucks will be giving to kids under 12, until we run out🐰
➡️‼️Double dollar vouchers will be given out for people with the WIC farmers market cards. See Holly for those.‼️
➡️🎵Live music🎵
➡️🍦ASPI will have fresh homemade icecream to give out.🍦
➡️🍴feeding Kentucky will have a table with coloring sheet, stickers and can sign you up for SNAP/EBT at the market🍴

Be sure to stop by with your kids and let them meet the farmers that provide and grow food for some of the school systems!
