Are you eating gluten free or dairy free? What if those products are just as bad and still causing you inflammation? Well they are horrible for you. Most gluten free and dairy free products contain soy or sunflower oil which is causing inflammation as well. Also the substitute for wheat can be brown rice and tapioca flour. Tapioca flour comes from the cassava root and can contain high levels of heavy metals and is also highly processed. So make sure if you are trying to get inflammation out that you make sure these products are not in your food:)
