We have samples of Spanish black raises, plum radishes and watermelon radishes!

We have garlic scapes, fresh dill, tarragon and cilantro and arugula!

Also have crochets kitchen Scrubbies, dried herbs and plants!

We have 5 different varieties of vanilla paste. Come try out vanilla pudding samples we make from our vanilla paste!

We have Spanish black radishes, Pink Beauty radishes, green top radishes, gold beets, fresh and dried Dill, fresh and dried oregano. Garlic scapes, Vanilla paste, marigold plants, borage and mullein plants, holly hick plants, Jerusalem Artichoke plants, violets plants and lambs ears plants

We are also freshly stocked in crocheted kitchen Scrubbies and cute spoons for your coffee bar. Today’s sample of vanilla pudding is made from our richest and deepest vanilla grade A from Uganda. Come taste how this vanilla paste will make a huge difference in all our favorite recipes and imagine a small dollop in your coffee❣️

If you know anything about me, I love to experiment and try new things. This includes new and unusual varieties. They are not usually “new” but Heirlooms. Heirlooms are naturally pollinated, which we can save seeds and are a minimum of 50 year old history.

We have planted this year is Tigerella. Tigerella Tomato is an English Heirloom. These unique fruits are noted for their stripes, hence the name. When immature they are a light green with dark green stripes. When mature the stripes alternate between red and a yellow orange. Two inch fruit have a very tangy flavor, yields are very heavy, and quite early.

Radishes are coming along nicely. We will be bringing these beautiful varieties, Pink beauty and purple plum radishes. They are as delicious as they lovely. Pick up some for you and some for your mom. This Sunday is Mother’s Day.

Look who is popping up❣️ Garlic scapes are going to be at the Edmond Farmer's Market for early birds.

Garlic scapes, the tender curly shoots of garlic plants, are mild and garlicky, making them excellent in pestos, stir-fries, compound butter, or pickled. They can be grilled or sautéed like green beans, used as a fresh topping for pizzas and salads, or chopped and frozen for up to a year.

We harvest the garlic scapes for their delirious favor and so the garlic will out more energy into make the garlic head larger.
