Due to a loss in our family, our opening hours and the start of our meal service may be a little unpredictable for the time being.

Greg will be traveling overseas, and at this moment, it’s difficult for us to know exactly how long he will be away.

We will do our best to stay open and operate as regularly as possible, but we recommend giving us a quick call before making the trip to make sure we’re open.

We’re working on our breakfast menu!

We’ve started putting some serious work into creating our new breakfast menu, and we’re getting pretty excited about it!

We already know a few things that will definitely make the menu:

Fresh-made omelets
Million Dollar Bacon
Canadian Bacon with eggs
Our traditional homemade bread
Old-Fashioned Rolls
And we’re currently working on a regional recipe for homemade biscuits!

But this is where we need your help!

We want our breakfast menu to have our own European touch, while still feeling at home here in East Texas.

Last night we came back to smoking meats. As first thing to stock for our future meals was Canadian Bacon. It should be a base to few dishes.

Today we tried something inspired by Polish "faworki" and Czech "boží milosti". We wanted to find a sweet spot between the two, and it worked. They're delicate, crisp, and just lightly sweet. We only made a small batch as a tryout. So come grab one and let us know what you think.
