Whorleys Ridge I’m Chelsea, and my husband Rob and I run Whorley’s Ridge, where forged steel meets apothecary craft.

Rob forges custom ironwork, focusing on blades, while I create small‑batch soaps, oils, and bath & body essentials made with heritage skills.

Why did we start a business? Try to grow on social media? To support her. Because she is everything ❤️ our business supports her, keeps the lights on, and puts food on the table.

Unsure what happened to my original video?!

BUT…

There’s a a lot of misconceptions about melt and pour soaps. We use Stephenson’s goat milk base, which has vege-derived glycerin, creates a creamy lather and locks in that moisture! Unlike grabbing just any bar off the store shelf, I personally I love knowing exactly what goes into ours and having control over those extra ingredients.

With a kiddo who has lung issues, being aware of ingredients and fragrances is especially important to me. But it also means how we make soap is also important.

It may not be cold-process, but it’s still handcrafted with ingredients in mind, and that makes a difference to us! 🤎
