Grace and her small army stopped by yesterday and gave me fresh blue and golden oyster mushrooms! They’re so pretty and oh my, they taste even better when sautéed with a little bit of butter and garlic! Thursday I will have Sh*takes and Lions Mane so if that’s your jam then you’ve officially been notified. I just love Grace & Glen and their sweet lil family. Without further ado, I made a trip to Blue Ridge today to solve a problem I’ve been hearing about for months…
