Come relax and rejuvenate at our very last S E L F • C A R E • S U N D A Y • Y O G A of the season, tomorrow at the Murphys Certified Farmers Market!! 🙌🏻🧘🏻‍♀️✨

Please join this Sunday from 9am-10am for 60 minutes of self care! Focus on breathing your way through some gentle movement while building strength with the basics of yoga! ALL levels of experience are welcome. Bring your own tools if possible (yoga mat, blocks, blanket, water bottle). Reminder again that this will be the very last yoga session of this market season so being a friend and enjoy the beautiful weather!

Chelsea is a Registered Dietitian with a Master of Science in Nutrition from Bastyr University and extensive post-graduate training in Functional Medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine & the Funk’tional Nutrition Academy.

We are so happy to have Thea Schoettgen of back again this year at the ! 🎨🌲

Thea is an artist who paints what she fondly refers to as Trail Paintings using watercolor & pen. She takes along a customized watercolor kit out on the trails while on foot, mountain bike or skis and paints the landscapes or natural vignettes she finds along the way. She also paints large acrylics in her studio usually featuring her beloved Sierra Nevada. Thea has had solo art shows and participated in private maker events, public markets & painting workshops. Thea resides on the west slope of the Sierra Nevada!

✨Make sure to follow Thea to be up to date on the days she will be attending the to shop her gorgeous trail paintings in person!✨ She will be attending this Sundays market so come on down and stop by her booth!
