Meet Jonesing for Java—a family-run coffee cart founded by Cierra Jones in April, built on a love for great coffee and conscious choices. With the support of her husband Mario and daughters Cali and Naomi, this small business serves up organic espresso, matcha, and chai, along with organic milk and plant-based alternatives. They also offer refreshing Italian sodas and flavored lemonade for a bright, bubbly twist. Every drink is crafted with care and sustainability in mind, using compostable cups and biodegradable straws. At Jonesing for Java, it’s more than just coffee—it’s community, quality, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
