BACON-WRAPPED WATER CHESTNUTS (PUPUS)! These savory, sweet, and crunchy bites are ridiculously easy to make and disappear faster than a touchdown celebration. The pellet grill infuses them with amazing smoky flavor!

Here's how to score big this Sunday:

Prep: Drain 2 cans of whole water chestnuts. Cut 1 lb of bacon in half.

Wrap: Wrap each water chestnut with a half-slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.

Sauce: Whisk together 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup soy sauce, and 1 tsp garlic powder.

Grill: Preheat your Recteq, Traeger, or any pellet grill to 350°F. Place pupus directly on the grates.

Cook & Glaze: Grill for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway, until bacon is crispy. In the last 10-15 minutes, start brushing them generously with the sauce every 5 minutes until beautifully glazed and sticky.

Serve: Let cool slightly and watch them disappear!
