Top sirloin steak with garlic rosemary butter.

Prep time: 5 minutes�Cook time: ~10–15 minutes

1. Start with all-natural American Wagyu from Japanese lineage.
2. Season with Hook & Cleaver Ranch House Classic Rub.
3. In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, and finely minced fresh rosemary.
4. Sear the steak in a hot pan until a crust develops.
5. Transfer to the oven for 4 minutes (for medium doneness).
6. Let it rest for 5–10 minutes, adding the garlic rosemary butter halfway through.
