Our goal was to provide the best affordable meat possible to Gods people. We offer a fresh line of beef in select, choice and prime grades. Unless the product has a bone in it, we cut by hand. Our chicken is fresh and has never been frozen. None of our meats have had water/sodium injections. We also carry buffalo and grass feed beef.

Once again we were surprised with a remodel of our parking area this morning. Notice would have been nice but what can we say??
Please forgive the extra steps required to be able to enjoy the best meat offered in our surrounding area.

PSA- Tomorrow is the Western Days parade. We will be open regular hours but you might struggle getting to us until after noon. Come out and enjoy the festivities then stop by on your way home for some Cajun chops to grill for dinner.

Memorial is on Monday. Due to our recent change in hours we thought we would change a little more.🙃
Our hours will be regular business hours next week. Closed Sunday and Monday. Open Tuesday- Saturday 10-7.
We will be open tomorrow as usual.

Storms are due here on Monday. Enjoy this beautiful weather by grilling something yummy from Cosseys. I'm thinking maybe some stuffed chops on the grill tonight, then maybe a roast, potatoes and carrots waiting for me after church tomorrow??

It is with mixed emotions that we are making this post. Due to changes in personel and business fluctuations we have decided to change our hours of operation. Effective 2-19-24 our future business hours will be as follows-
Tuesday-Saturday open from 10 until 7.
Closing on Sunday and Monday has been standard for many years in a lot of small businesses.
We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you. We are honored to have served this community for so many years and look forward to many years ahead.
