We haven't even officially announced this week's homemade Polish Pączki, and we've already received a large number of reservations!

Tomorrow, we’re serving something truly special at Pierogi House. 🇨🇿✨

Bohemian Beef Goulash with Karlovarské Knedlíky -slow-braised beef in a rich Czech-style sauce made with onion, paprika, caraway and marjoram, served alongside the elegant bread dumplings of Karlovy Vary, the famous spa town of Western Bohemia.

These aren’t the everyday Czech houskový knedlík. Karlovarské knedlíky are a finer, traditional style of bread dumpling, prepared as a loaf, gently steamed, and traditionally sliced with thread. Light and wonderfully absorbent, they’re made for soaking up that rich goulash sauce.

And this batch has a story: two sisters visiting from the Karlovy Vary countryside brought their family recipe into our kitchen and showed us how they make it at home.

Tomorrow only-Saturday, August 29.
Only 30 plates will be available, and when they’re gone, they’re gone. We won’t be able to make this special again until next summer.

Reservations are highly recommended. Ask for the Karlovy Vary special.
