Dear Friends,
It has been an incredible 5 years at Grass and Bone. We would like to thank everyone for their continuing support, and we have been so proud to be part of this vibrant community. There have been a lot of changes in the last couple of years for us. Being immersed in a global pandemic, realizing the impracticality of operating a whole animal butcher shop and our split from the 85th Day Food Community has given us a lot to reflect on and a desire to distance ourselves from the past and move towards a different future. In light of this we have decided to close Grass and Bone in its current form for a little while, and focus on the opening of Nana's Westerly. We are so excited about this beautiful new space, located behind the United Theatre and next to Longos across from the park Our chef from Nana's Mystic Corey Lein is moving to run the kitchen in Westerly and has become, along with head baker David V***a, a part of our ownership team. We have a small bar, with a full liquor license and room for dining in, on top of all the wonderful aspects of our Mystic location. We hope to welcome you there soon!
