One of my favorite fish of all time has landed here local: Wahoo! They are about 50 miles offshore and we only see them scarcely end of summer/early fall.

This stunner is buttery, meaty, and eats almost like tuna or mahi mahi. Try grilling or searing it and pairing with a mango salsa!
