Grocery shopping is so expensive these days!! As I was trying to find affordable food for my family I realized the the products our ranch/farm offers is cheaper then the grocery store! Our organic orange/grass fed AND finished beef is $2.00 cheaper then Target, $1.00 cheaper then costco. Our oranges range from $2.00-$3.00 a pound cheaper then all other stores on the island!! Not only will your grocery bill go down but you will be supporting a local ranch

I really like this photo I found about grass fed and grain fed beef.

Time to decide for yourself where to buy your beef.

Currently we are offering ground beef and hope to have our full stock sometime soon.

Don't forget out cows eat grass AND oranges!!!!

This is a post from my pampered chef party I am having right now. I have friends that love their sous vide.

Sous Vide cooking is a whole new style of cooking for me but when our new Multi Cooker was introduced this month and I saw that it had a Sous Vide setting I knew I wanted to give it a try.

This is a sirloin tip roast. It was in the Sous Vide for 24 hours at a temp of 133 and as you can see it came out perfect!!
I was so impressed with how tender it was and the flavor soooo good!

The next thing we want to try is steak (my favorite cut is filet) and my hubby has a hard time getting it done perfect!!
I think doing it this way is definitely the way to go!

Has anyone done any Sous Vide cooking? If so, I’d love to hear about your experiences.

Our oranges come in all sizes and colors!! But one thing is for sure... They are super yummy! Season is ending soon so order before it's too late!! We prefer phone in orders and then we schedule a pick up or delivery!
