Crispy, golden fries with smoky BBQ flavor and a tangy kick.

These homemade seasoned fries are tossed with our Malt Vinegar Sea Salt and BBQ Rub for the perfect balance of savory, smoky, and bold flavor. A simple side dish that pairs perfectly with burgers, grilled favorites, and backyard gatherings all summer long.

Perfect for Memorial Day weekend cooking.

Ingredients

3 Medium-sized Potatoes (peeled if desired)
Kosher salt, to taste
Peanut or canola oil for deep-frying
1 ½ tsp Malt Vinegar Sea Salt
1 ½ tsp BBQ Rub

1. Line a baking sheet with paper towels.

2. Cut the potatoes into 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick slices.

3. Pour approximately 4 to 5 inches of oil into a deep, heavy frying pan or saucepan.

4. Set burner to medium heat, and heat oil to approximately 325°F, using a deep-frying thermometer.

*It is best to fry in small batches, rather than crowding the pan with too many potatoes.

5. Turn the potatoes once or twice until they are almost tender and still pale and waxy-looking, approximately 6 to 8 minutes.

6. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the potatoes to the paper-towel-lined baking sheet to drain excess oil.

7. Season generously with our Malt Vinegar Sea Salt , BBQ Rub, and if needed, Kosher salt. Serve hot.

Golden Milk
Simple. Nourishing. Soothing.

Ingredients:
• 2 cups almond or soy milk
• ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
• ½ tsp maple syrup
• ½ tsp flax seed oil

Instructions:
In a saucepan, gently heat the milk, turmeric, and maple syrup until just boiling. Turn off the heat and let it cool slightly. Stir in flax oil, sip slowly, and relax.

Bring Moroccan flavor into your kitchen!

Our Chermoula Sauce is packed with fresh herbs, bright lemon, and warming spices.

Ingredients

1 bunch cilantro
1 bunch parsley
5 large garlic cloves, minced
3 Roma tomatoes
5 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp water
1/2 cup olive oil
1 whole pickled lemon, finely chopped
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp White Pepper Powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Ground
1 tsp Cumin Powder Toasted
1 1/2 tsp California Paprika
Pinch of Saffron
2 tsp Sea Salt Fine

Instructions
Prepare the Herbs

Wash the cilantro and parsley thoroughly and drain well. Place the leaves in a food processor and pulse briefly until coarsely chopped. Avoid over-processing.

Transfer the chopped herbs to a large mixing bowl.

Prepare the Tomato Base

Peel the tomatoes and place them in the food processor. Pulse until they form a rough puree. Add the puree to the bowl with the herbs.

Build the Sauce

Add the lemon juice to the bowl.

In a small bowl, mix the tomato paste with water until smooth and pour into the herb mixture.

Add the Spices

Stir in the olive oil and chopped pickled lemon.

Add the turmeric, white pepper, black pepper, roasted cumin, California chili powder, saffron, and sea salt.

Mix everything well until combined. Set aside until ready to use.

This vibrant Chermoula sauce can be used to marinate fish before cooking in a tagine or skillet.

🌾 Saffron Rice

Fragrant, golden, and effortlessly elegant, this Saffron Rice transforms simple ingredients into something truly special. Just a pinch of saffron brings beautiful color and subtle depth to every fluffy bite.

Ingredients
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
• A pinch of Saffron Threads
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 1 cup basmati rice
• 1 1/2 cups water

Instructions
1. In a non-stick saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add the turmeric and saffron and sauté for about 20 seconds, just until fragrant.
3. Add the basmati rice and gently stir to coat. Cook for about 30 seconds, until the rice turns a light golden yellow.
4. Add the salt and water. Bring to a boil.
5. Once boiling, cover and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 18–20 minutes, until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
6. Remove from heat and let sit, covered, for 5 minutes. Fluff gently with a fork before serving.
