It's the generous pour over peak-season tomatoes before they hit the oven. It’s what mingles with the garlic and herbs as everything roasts, and what you’ll want to drag a piece of bread through when there’s nothing left but the good stuff at the bottom of the pan.

That’s the beauty of great olive oil: sometimes the simplest ingredients are exactly where you taste the difference.

The Olive Press has been making California extra virgin olive oil for nearly 30 years, and you can taste your way through their collection right here at Oxbow. 🫒

The first Wednesday of the month is when we taste our way through Oxbow.

Taste of Oxbow returns Wednesday, September 2 from 4–7 PM, with special bites, sips and offerings from participating Market merchants throughout the evening.

It’s one of our favorite ways to experience the Market: wander from spot to spot, try something you might not normally order, revisit an old favorite, and see what our Oxbow neighbors have been cooking up lately.

There’s still time for one more taste of August at Rotation!

Chef Robert Sulatycky’s residency is entering its final days, bringing a career built on technical excellence, mentorship, and years of coaching Team USA for the prestigious Bocuse d’Or competition, to the table at Oxbow.

And then, the plate gets passed. In September, Rotation welcomes Chef Cara Mangini, an award-winning chef, author, and vegetable expert known for turning seasonal produce into the main event. Her cooking celebrates the farms, people, and ingredients behind every dish, which feels right at home here in Napa Valley.

Stop by Rotation before August wraps to experience Chef Robert’s menu, and be sure to come back in September to see what Chef Cara has growing. 😉

They're here, and now it's finally time to celebrate! 🍩🎉

Johnny Doughnuts has officially joined the Oxbow family, and now they're throwing the grand opening party to match.

Join the celebration on Saturday, August 22, from 1–4 PM for an afternoon of creamy soft serve, ice-cold refreshers, fresh doughnuts (DUH!), music, games, giveaways, and plenty of fun.
