Lil' Puff's Patisserie is a small-batch catering company specializing in desserts as well as both sweet and savories amuse bouche. With a focus on farm to table as well as giving back, the goal is to try buying local,
organic and always keeping it all natural. Additionally, Lil’ Puff’s is happy to work with special dietary restrictions and preferences (vegan, vegetarian, kosher, gluten-free, low sugar, nutritional concerns, diets, etc.) What Lil’ Puff’s is About:
Charity! Hurray for charities! Lil’ Puff’s Patisserie wants to appreciate all the charities and those people that donate their time to help make the world a better place. Additionally, the company feels it is important to buy local with a concentration in farm to table, organic and natural goods. There is no use of artificial coloring or sweeteners; flours are unbleached and sugars are unrefined and/or vegan. Should recipes call for the use of milk and eggs, rest assured, they are certified organic, humane, cage-free, and free-range, with no hormones and vegetarian fed. How It Works:
Private/Corporate Events: If you want to place an order, Lil’ Puff’s is by appointment only. In the consultation, you can look over menu items and prices, as well as discuss preferences for themes and what kind of feel your even is about. Once you secure a date, a charity is chosen to receive a portion of the proceeds. Yummy food and the knowledge that your purchase has helped someone somewhere in the world! Not for Profit/Charity Events/Fundraisers: Make an appointment for a consultation to discuss menu items, prices, themes, etc. Most items can be personalized or labeled with your charity's logo. Please note, to place an order as a not-for-profit, you must be a certified charity, as there will be a check with state and federal to make sure you are certified and in good standing prior to order finalization.
