Twice bakes sweet potatoes:
Bake your sweet potato, depending on size, about 1 hour, 350 degrees,or until very fork tender. While still hot, slice lengthwise and carefully remove the meat, leaving the skin to refill.
Add to the potato meat, 1/2 cup almond butter and 1/2 palm sugar, 1/4 diced onion. Mix well and return to skins.
In a separate bowl, combine 1/2 cup almond butter, 1 cup palm sugar, 1 cup chopped pecans, and 2 tablespoons chopped rosemary. Stir well.
Put crumb mixture on top of potatoes and reheat for 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Happy Thanksgiving.

Try this new salad dressing, I think you will fall in love with it like I did.
*1 cup of raw honey
*1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
*1/3 cup coconut oil
*1/2 cup chopped bacon
Combine and enjoy, very tasty with grilled Ahi tuna.

I was just asked how to prepare a beef tenderloin for Easter dinner:
make a paste with olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary and thyme. After trimming the tenderloin, massage paste generously on the meat. Bake 10 minutes at 500 degrees, then reduce heat to 350 for 20 minutes more, Let rest 10 minutes and enjoy.

Great marinade for your Holiday Rack of Lamb:
*1/2 cup honey
*1/3 cup yellow mustard
*2 tablespoons ground garlic
*1 tablespoon ground rosemary
*salt and pepper
*1 1/2 cups olive oil
Stir thoroughly, let trimmed rack of lamb to be submerged for at least 24 hours. Grill to perfection!
