Reflecting today on the journey the Lord has had our family on. We talk a lot about the farm store on our social media sites, but we do not share much about our wholesale apple butter side.

6 years ago, this month we took over as the 3rd generation of Miller's Orchard. The first 2 photos are from the beginning. Uncle Nelson helped us with every batch in the beginning, just to make sure we had it right. The second image is our first 2 skids packaged for shipment out to California.

The map is where you can find our Amish Apple Butter today. We are humbled and overwhelmed to carry this torch. Never did we think Grandma and Grandpa's legacy would continue on this way. The same recipe made the same way, just like Grandpa made it.

This week at the market....

PEACHES - we have Coralstar (back in stock after popular demand) and Allstar. We are winding down on peaches. They have been so flavorful all season.

PEARS - Barlett pears will be available starting TODAY! The crop will be very limited this year. In other words, don't wait.

APPLES - the early varieties have been trickling into the farm market store. Our current lineup includes SWEET MAIA, GINGER GOLD, EARLY HONEYCRISP, EARLIGOLD, ZESTAR and PAULA RED.

SWEET CORN - the season is ALMOST OVER. Now is the time to get your orders in for freezer corn. We will wrap up the season at Labor Day.

MELONS - We have some fantastic cantaloupe and Black Diamond watermelons grown here locally. The flavor is out of this world right now.

This week around the orchard.....

Peaches - This week we welcome 2 new varieties packed full of flavor (both freestone) FLAMING FURY and ALLSTAR

Summer Apples - Zestar, Paula Red, Early Honeycrisp and Earligold available (Sweet Mia coming soon)

Apricots- The Michigan crop is ready. One of our crowd favorites!

Sweet Corn - Just a reminder it will only be available through Labor Day. Make sure you get your bulk freezer corn orders in.

Loaded with local dairy products, fresh local meat and tons of local produce.

For the next 6 weeks we will be adjusting our TUESDAY business hours and closing one hour early. Our new hours on Tuesday only will be 9am-4pm.

This is only a temporary change. We are doing it so that we can go watch our son play football as a family.

🍑🍑🍑We welcome a new peach to the store this week, STARFIRE. A delightfully sweet, slightly tangy (in a good way), freestone peach.

🫐🫐🫐We were also able to get one more round of BLUEBERRIES!

🌽🌽🌽 We are nearing the end of SWEET CORN season. It has been so delicious this year. Stocked with a freshly picked round.

As always, loaded with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and loads of other garden produce. Fresh dairy and meat from our favorite local farmers.
