I’m so excited that Exhale Massage and Yoga is officially joining the Narberth Farmers Market from 3-7 PM!

Stop by and say hello, ask questions about our massage, yoga, coaching, workshops, and retreats, or simply take a moment to pause and connect. I’ll be offering complimentary 10-15 minute table massages throughout the afternoon - because let’s be honest, if we’re going to do this, we might as well do it right. 😊

Unlike traditional chair massage, you’ll have the opportunity to fully relax on a massage table and enjoy a true moment of rest amidst the bustle of the market. And for those who’d really like to tune out the busy sounds around them, I’ll even have headphones with calming music available so you can fully settle in and exhale. 💜

Donations are welcomed, with 100% benefiting the Narberth Food Bank and Exhale’s Abundance Fund, helping make massage, yoga, workshops, and retreats more accessible to those experiencing financial hardship.

We’ll also have:
