Hello friends, it's been a year and 2 days since my last post!! time flies. My new wife and I :) are going full steam ahead on Meatball Paul after a long hiatus and several business plan changes. We have decided to do a food truck!!! We will keep you posted as we get things rolling very soon!!!

The potluck went well tonight. A man there told me he hadn't eaten meat in twenty years and decided to try my meatballs!! I said I was honored. Thankfully he liked them.
