We are Nashville's oldest natural food grocery and are still independently owned and operated. Located in the heart of Sylvan Park...we began bringing the freshest produce available and have since added gourmet cheeses, pecans, and salad dressings, thoughtfully-selected grocery items, organic products, coffees, bulk items, farm fresh eggs, seafoods, and meats. We also offer one of Nashville's only privately operated water filtration systems for your convenience.
