I sharpen cutting edges; cooking knives, pocket knives, hunting knives and in the near future scissors. I want the freshest ingredients for my recipes and the right tools for the job when it comes to slicing, dicing and chopping. It was always a challenge finding someone to trust sharpening my prized knives correctly. I left a Masamato double bevel knife for sharpening and it was returned as a sin

gle bevel sushi knife. This was my Aha moment to learn the knife sharpening trade! After researching knife sharpening in other states I:
• Ventured into the knife sharpening business
• Trained in Ohio with an industry expert
• Invested in eco-friendly equipment and
• Practiced, practiced and practice. Today, I’m ready to sharpen your cutting edge. Join me on the 1st and 2nd Saturday’s of every month from 10am to about 3pm at Porter Road Butcher West. You can drop off your knives, pick up some meat, and you’ll leave with the right tools for your next feast!
