Getting really vulnerable today. 😬 Sharing with all of you three more things that flopped at the Farmstand. Nothing about this feels good, in fact how much this hasn’t done what I hoped has been really hard, taxed my mental health, and just all around was a kick in the shins. But stay tuned because I am going to share what did work, and what we hope to do more of in the future! Will you do me a favor and share this if you’re thinking about opening a farmstand? This is something that isn’t really talked about and should really be taken into consideration!

Want to know what it’s really like to open a farmstand? Well I’m gonna tell you, it’s not all sunshine and roses. In fact its been a whole lot of thistles, and briars. But still we soldier one. Stay tuned as I share our story of what its been like to step out and try something, and have it go entirely NOT how you planned. Good times.

One of my favorite things about farm life is these little sweet surprises that you wake up to! We had no idea our ducks were secretly hiding a clutch of eggs, as the ones they laid this spring we had to toss because they were rotten, but low and behold we woke up to 6 baby ducklings this morning!

Life outside the farmstand lately 🌿

Between celebrating a daughter who’s officially graduated 🎓, gathering fresh vegetables from the garden, tending to everyday chores, and soaking up the simple moments that make up this season of life, it’s been a full and beautiful few weeks.

Sometimes social media only shows the finished bouquets, stocked shelves, and farmstand days, but behind it all is a family building a life we love—one garden harvest, milestone, homemade meal, and ordinary day at a time.

Thank you for following along and supporting our little corner of the world. We truly appreciate being able to share this journey with you. ❤️
