We are seeking a Kitchen Staff to join our dedicated band of foodie ninjas! You will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in our professional, outdoor kitchen.

Experienced Kitchen Staff, able to work ALL positions in a high volume outdoor restaurant specializing in quality Japanese Hibachi & Poke bowls, at very large events & Music Festivals!

Hiring for Bonnaroo Music Festival in Manchester, TN, Blue Ridge Rock Fest in VA, Music Midtown in Atlanta, & Lost Lands in Thornville, OH.

Pay is up to $20 hourly - plus tip share!

Must have a valid ID (Pay Requirement)

Must be physically able-bodied

Willing to work 12+ hour days Festivals

Hibachi4Hire is a clean & Sober work environment, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!

Responsibilities:

Prepare all served food

Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours

Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, and portions

Follow standard recipes and special diet orders

Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cooking, culinary arts, or other related fields

Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques

Strong attention to detail

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work well in teams
