Today marks 2 years of Blue Ridge Deli. Honestly, it’s hard to put into words what these last two years have meant to us.
What started as an idea and a lot of hope turned into long days, late nights, early mornings, stress, mistakes, lessons, victories, and more hard work than we ever could’ve imagined. There were days we questioned ourselves, days we were exhausted, and days where it felt impossible, but we kept showing up.
Over the last two years we’ve made thousands of subs, sandwiches and burgers for this community. We’ve met people from all over, made friendships we never expected, and had the privilege of serving so many incredible customers that have become like family to us.
Being featured on Hometown Eats was something we never imagined when we first opened the doors. Moments like that reminded us just how far this little deli has come.
None of this would’ve been possible without the support from our community, our customers, our employees, our friends, and our families. Every order, every recommendation, every share, every kind word, and every person who chose to stop in and support us truly helped keep this dream alive.
Running a small business isn’t easy, but getting to serve this community has made every bit of it worth it.
